Rest 

True Rest is found in him no other person or thing can ever bring the rest that Jesus can bring. Often times we think that if we just add this or that we would be ok or then we can rest. But in reality, true rest is only found in Jesus. That's where you'll find true satisfaction and peace when you choose to get your to rest from God. 

So let your true rest be found in Jesus Christ, let him lead you to a place of rest and peace that can only come from him.  

So give Jesus the things that are causing you to not have true rest

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
