Take a deep breathe
something I've learned to do is to simply take a deep breathe not allow the worries of the world to stress me out or before I'm about to enter into a busy season.
It's something that clams me keeps me sane lol, just to breathe and take a pause so that I can regroup and get my thoughts together.
I certainly challenge you to this every time you feel yourself getting stress or things are getting chaotic,
step back and take a deep breathe and know that it will be ok whatever it is that your going through. I'm telling you this to make you feel better or good about yourself, but for you to know that it WILL it better and trouble and whatnot not last forever.
I pray that you learn to take a deep breathe and trust that what is that your going through will get better!!
