Prayer is important in our walk with God it keeps us connected to him, it allows us to place our focus on him and no one else, prayer does  for us and your relationship with God it's amazing how powerful is it. 

Often times it's our last resort to whatever it is we're going through or simply making it part of our lives. 

I challenge you to start praying (talking to God) talk to him about what it is you need to talk about he will listen his ears are tuned to you and he's right there. God isn't going to dismiss you he wants to her voice.
