Pause + take a break

 Take five 

Often times we don't take breaks or five minutes to simply pause from work or the busyness of the day. 

I'm forever grateful for those moments when were given an opportunity to simply pause and take a break. Whether that be for prayer, thinking, whatever is may be find it and start doing it.

Take five… take a break you need it we always need it
